A very friendly, cozy little motel under the Ponderosa Trees. Clean, comfortable, and affordable. Free coffee, WIFI, and Dish TV. Air conditioning is not available, however each room has a tower fan. We are located in town on HWY 200. Most of Lincoln's great local businesses are with-in walking distances. We have a few pet friendly rooms available with an additional $5.00 pet fee.
