Provided by YP.comI have to say that the man with the blue fingernails working the counter needs to have a better attitude. I go in with a friend to purchase some things, take it to the counter and go to pay with a $100 bill because I have nothing smaller and he informs me that it is right before shift change and that the girl that he is re-leaving doesn't have the change as he had just rung up someone else that paid with a $100 bill. He goes on to inform me that I had better never come in with a large bill around 10pm because he will not accept it. Not a great way to instill patronage to a business..I will not shop at this Shell again...I will go to either Space Age or Chevron or the Shell further south while in town...they have better attitudes than this guy!

Provided by YP.comI am furious with the woman who was running the counter. I have been going to this station for more years than I can count. It is conveniently located, near my home, to fill up on gas, It is also located near my favorite coffee shop. So a couple times per week I drop in and buy coffee, cigarettes, snacks etc.
Today (9-1-08) I was refused service because my credit card has my wife's name on it (it ALWAYS has!). I have been using the same card for YEARS! The woman even asked for my ID, which I provided, and STILL refused service.
I will NOT return. Their service is not that good to begin with, and, even though more convenient, I have had to tolerate poor customer service in EVERY respect (from waiting while listening to employees on the phone talking to their parole officers, vagrants hanging out there with their dogs blocking the doorway and even having to honk the horn so that the three employees inside would send someone out to pump gas!).
