Provided by YP.comThe dude was nice but it became immediately obvious nobody there was either trained or able or even willing to try and be creative. I told them a changed credit cards so auto pay was not working and AND I got locked out. The guy told me how to call on the verizon phone. Well if my verizon phone was working and I was not locked out I would have used that option! Then I asked for a 800 number to call and there was no effort NONE to get me a number to call. He just tolerated me until I stomped out to make my many MANY complaints online for the world to see. I'm wasting going on the 6th hour of angry efforts to get a warm body on the phone to make sure I'm OFF auto pay for my month to month plan so I can dump them without extra fees for their over-rated, over-costly, pathetic service. Verizon used to have a great rep for customer service. WTF happened???? I'm going back to any other service ASAP!!!! At least the prior time that I went in there, a different guy was great enough to help retrieve some pics for me. I am SOOOOO glad that I did not do contract and went month to month instead. So I called AGAIN, managed to pay, and am STILL locked out of my account!! Verizon, YOU SUCK><
