Lost Cabin Heating (John) has been servicing our furnace for the last several years. We have truly been impressed with his integrity, work/business ethics, and knowledge. We have just learned of his new entity, the state of the art maple syrup sugar house business. We are looking forward to visiting it early next year. We are also looking forward to meeting his lovely wife Kelly, who is always so pleasant on the telephone, and their three children that they are so very proud of. Jerry & Jan Williams, South Portland
excellent, fast service with a smile!
Lost Cabin Heating (John) is a great service provider. Competitive prices, but way above average service. He's the only guy i want working on my heating system.
This is my 3rd year having John handle my burner and heating system. He came highly recommended to me by a friend. The first time John came in to clean the boiler, I was expecting the standard, "carry a bucket or two of stuff in, work away, get paid & go home". What I got instead was a whole bunch of helpful information on what I had, what he did, and how I could save money, and make my system more efficient. He's honest, which I appreciate, he will tell me what upgrades are worth it, which aren't, and why, without the feeling I am being talked into something I don't want, or can't afford. John will be maintaining my heating system for a long long time, and I recommend him to anyone I know

Professional, Knowledgeable, Honorable, Effective and Efficient. When my wife and I first moved to Maine from the deep south we were complete novices to the heating aspects of dealing with weather; having spent our life up to that point figuring out ways to stay cool. Wouldn't you know it, that about 2 weeks after moving in our oil furnace went out. John arrived within hours of our call and not only fixed the problem but was more than happy to illuminate on the issue and provide me with the fundamental knowledge of how an oil furnace system works; for which I am grateful. Needless to say he has a customer for life. If more professionals operated the way John conducts his business being a homeowner would be a lot less scary.
John is knowledgeable in the latest technologies, experienced and has fantastic integrity. I wish there were more like him!

John was Professional, Hard Working, Honest, & came sooner than expected, which was nice since the pump on my boiler was no good & facing a cold spell. I will be calling him for my yearly maintenance, or any other problems that arise
