I have seen her a few times and when I had to she would not pay attention she had no idea what one of my issues was and this is a very common issue that we were talking about. She sent me to the hospital for heart issues and after I had my stint she still acted surprised that I got one each time I had to see her (about 2 weeks apart). She does not listen to what has worked for the patient. She laughed at me when I told her what I have been using to help control some back pains because it was not prescribed by a doctor it was an OTC med and told me it wouldn't work. She never really looks up from the computer to listen she shuffles papers the entire time you are in there again not paying attention to what is being talked about. The many sites that have her language listed has English and it is broken at best and her accent is so thick you cannot understand her half the time and she gets visually annoyed when you have to have her repeat herself so you catch what she is saying and it is the same the other way when she has to ask you what do you mean when you are talking to her. She will not tell you what she thinks her diagnosis is and you leave there with no answers. I get doctors are to tell patients to stop smoking and limit drinking for health reasons but with her it is overboard if you tell her you have maybe a 6 pack in a month that is too much and it she will tell you none at all and smoking seems to be the reason for everything. If you can avoid this doctor I would highly suggest that. I am sorry to all the veterans that have to deal with her.
