we usually shop mennards seems like somone is always available if you need help, but the service desks needs improved, we had a plug socket to return and was in line with 5 people in front of us, the girl taking returns was very slow, and the other lady behind the desk was of NO help, only slowly putting things in a cart, only to put the cart on the floor and walk away, while everyone waited in line, finally we walked away to purchase a few items and tried to return at checkout or other desk up front, we were told only at service desk, so decided to keep the 79 cent plug, wasn't worth the hassle and the checkout lady could only say in a sarcastic tone "have a nice day" several times, she didn't want to bother with us or help in any way, so maybe Lowes here we come??
