I purchased a five piece box the first of March, I believe. The box I purchased was old chicken with with the batter falling off.It was discussing. From then to now I have contacted Corporate Popeye's four times. Two times by email and two times by phone. On both phone conversations I was told someone would call me back. Can you guess? You bet, no-one has called. These people do not value customer service. Since that is the case, my money will walk. Their is no shortage of chicken establishments. I've seen it time and time again, a companies on its path to ruin. My contacts to Popeyes was to help them be better. I've failed in that respect.

Do not go here.My mother and I went to this restraunt location last week, it was the first time in a long time that we were going to eat fast food. When we pulled up a lady takes our order never gave a reply or a total. We tried to add on something to our order still no answer. We waited a couple mins and finally pulled to the window. At the window no 1 came to greet us and again no total. There was a woman walking back and forth messing with the boxes of food. She was opening the boxes and touching the food with her bare hands. She kept touching her face and legs and she was eating!!! We sat there and watched this woman for about 5 mins wondering how far she was going to go and she still kept opening the boxes and touching the food. Then it happened she picked her nose!!! She has no shame!!! At that point not needing to see more we took off leavin the food.
