To give this park anything other then 5 stars would be tragic. This Old Time Park has never lost its charm and beauty through the years and some changes in rides and ownership. Most of the rides remind you of when you were a kid going to idlewild for your school picnic or a weekend family getaway. Lots of milder rides for the whole family to enjoy. There is a Wild Mouse steel coaster to enjoy tucked away in the trees, but most rides, including the Rollo Coaster are pretty tame (in a good way) There is also a beautiful SoakZone Water Park for the water lovers and Mister Rogers Neighborhood Trolly ride. More grown adults ride this then kids I think and everyones faces light up on this ride. It is a great memorial to Fred Rogers who devoted his life to entertaining children. Also included in admission id Story Book Forest, another Childern area walk through area that is as entertaining to the adults as it is to the kids. So, pack up and go here, let loose and be a kid with your kid!

Idlewild is a great place to take the kids and its still entertaining for adults. A nice quality environment to spend a day with the kids.
