The company manufactures more than 2 million fuel rails and nearly 1.5 million power steering reservoirs every year. Millennium designs, develops and manufactures products for use in the engine compartment of passenger automobiles and light trucks. These products include fuel rails, power steering reservoirs, oil separators, water pipes, engineering tubes and cam lock rings. Services include engineering design, engineering development and prototyping. The Ligonier facility s capabilities include stamping, brazing, welding, fabrication, precision assembly and leak detection. The Cass City facility s capabilities include tube cutoff, tube bending, end forming, screw machine parts, computer numerically controlled milling and turning, brazing and stamping.
