- Business DisputesLawrence, better known as Larry, is a graduate of the University of Hartford, Bachelor of Science with Honors (1983) and the University of Tulsa College of Law, Juris Doctor (1986). Larry is a highly skilled litigator with experience in both the civil and criminal court systems. He served as a criminal prosecutor for 11 years during which he gained substantial litigation and courtroom skills. Larry joined his wife and partner, Tamar Duffner Shendell, in private practice in 1998. Since entering into private practice, Larry has concentrated his practice in the areas of commercial and real estate related litigation, including community association covenant enforcement actions, contract disputes, collections and foreclosures.
- Real Estate LitigationTamar is a graduate of Tulane University, Bachelor of Arts with Honors (1987) and University of Florida College of Law, Juris Doctor with High Honors (1990). Tamar has extensive experience representing community associations in all aspects of association law. Tamar has been providing guidance and advice to community association board members for more than 30 years. Tamar is also an experienced real estate attorney and continues to use her vast knowledge of real estate law to negotiate contracts and leases for clients. Tamar has been given AV rating by Martindale Hubbell.
- ForeclosureBryn Shendell is a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans, Bachelor of Business Administration (2018) and St. Thomas University College of Law, Juris Doctor, magna cum laude (2021). Bryn worked as a judicial intern with the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Court wherein she gained vast knowledge of the judicial system and procedural requirements. During law school Bryn excelled in all subjects including condominium and foreclosure law. Bryn is a skilled legal writer and is passionate about advocating on behalf of her clients.
