I don't often take the time to write reviews but after the experience I had with Michael I wanted to go on my way to express how delighted I am with the results. He captured the most incredible images of me in action while giving one of my Elephant talks on finding your purpose. The best part was that I did not give him any specific instructions, he was able to capture these moments given his professional photographers eye.

I'll start by saying that I rarely write reviews; however, it has been a long while since I met a businessperson as professional and personable as Michael! He and his lovely wife Karen are both fabulous artists and have the most favorable personalities. They truly care about their customer's satisfaction! The day we scheduled our shoot, Michael was available to answer questions and provide some sample photos of our choice of venue, Independence Grove. On the day of the shoot, Michael was already waiting at the site when we arrived and greeted us perfectly to make us feel comfortable and relaxed before our photos. He wasted no time getting started and it was such an unforgettable experience. He took more than enough pictures and stopped to get our approval as we went along. He knew exactly which spots to choose for the best backgrounds! We left the shoot so excited and content with our experience. Michael certainly went out of his way by sharing a link of our best photos on his Facebook page prior to receiving our CD. He also edited several photos free of charge and the price was great and certainly in our budget (I called around to many places, and Michael's price was well under competitors in Waukegan who were charging more for the same time and product). Plus, I'm so glad we found Michael, because he made our shoot more than just taking pictures...it was a fun and memorable experience for my husband and I! If God blesses us with an addition to our family, we will definitely be hiring Michael Delott Photography!

We can’t say enough about Michael and Karen Delott. They came to our home to do a photo shoot. Not only did they provide wonderful photos, but the photo shoot itself was a delightful time! Michael has an amazing way with getting people who are uncomfortable in front of the camera to relax. And he got some amazing shots of our 3-year-old granddaughter, both individually and in group photos, even though she is too young to have a sense of how to sit for a group photo. Michael was in no hurry; he took photos until he was satisfied, and then showed us what he was coming up with on the spot to ensure that we also were satisfied. To say that we are satisfied is an understatement – we are thrilled! His photos really captured each of us at our best! We recommend Michael Delott Photography whole-heartedly!
