Wow, the best in Mexican food, wait staff and atmosphere. Everyone is kind, happy and eager to serve you. The meals are always spot on with fresh crisp salad greens, hot sides and the entree never fails to make you want more. Love this place.

I lived in NY for 15 years , I've had authentic foods of all kinds. Panchos is some of the best authentic Mexican food I have ever had. Everything fresh and tender the food just melted in your mouth.

Wonderful atmosphere in this beautifully decorated building! The food was the best I have ever eaten with lots of flavor. Salsa was freshly made in house. Again, lots of flavor without unnecessary heat. I felt like I was in an upscale restaurant in downtown Madrid, Spain, instead of Liberty, SC. The prices were more than reasonable. Pollo Fundido was only $6.50 including rice and salad. But the best part was the professional staff! We went on a Saturday night and there was entertainment. The whole place had a community feel as people clapped to the music and sang together. We were from out of town, but we will certainly travel the 25 miles again to this exceptional restaurant.
