General Info

Throughout my life, my background was in healthcare. When life took a turn, I took a leap of faith and ventured into uncharted waters. It didn't take me long to discover my passion for entrepreneurship, and I quickly transitioned to the real estate industry. I have been in the field going into my fourth year, and I can confidently say that I enjoy every moment. I believe that one must have a positive mindset and view failures as opportunities for growth. Success cannot be achieved without experiencing failure, and one's testimony is only as powerful as the tests they have overcome. Fun facts about me: I was born in Crimea and grew up in Seattle. I have been calling Kansas City my home since 2009. I am trilingual; I talk with my hands, speak Russian, understand some Ukrainian, and am fluent in English. Sometimes, when I am not focused, a "word soup" emerges; you have been warned! :) Apart from my love for real estate, I am passionate about local politics and a protective advocate for the next generation. That led me to run for the school board office, which was an incredibly enriching experience. Yes, I am a homeschooling mom to two of my three children. When I am not consumed by real estate, I enjoy cooking and entertaining friends and family, fishing (I have no patience to fish in the lakes, so all helpful tips are appreciated), listening to podcasts/reading, camping, hiking, or taking long walks even in the humid, scorching summers of the Midwest. I am also an avid sports enthusiast and love playing pickleball, volleyball, and soccer. Before I expire, I am determined to go on several mission trips, travel more (especially to Israel), practice lavish generosity, and significantly impact my community. Lastly, my dying wish is to spend more time with my children and leave a legacy of faith, resilience, perseverance, integrity, and financial freedom. Living each day as if it is my last.
