Parts are after market not factory

Check your parts installed by Bob Allen service. They are bought from the three local after market stores like autozone. Even brake pads are after market. They gave me the excuse that the rotors were damaged because the previous owner had put inferior brake pads on and then when I had their work checked they did not put mopar parts on but parts from autozone. I took it back and showed them and then they ordered the mopar brake pads. It is obvious that they don't even keep a much used item like brake pads in stock. I checked with autozone and they said Bob Allen always buys their parts. So check under the hood after service especially if you are under warranty. An after market part could invalidate your warranty.

Not Honest

I just left the Bob Allen Auto Mall Dealership, where I had my truck serviced for a minor radiator line repair. I waited in the waiting room while they serviced my vehicle. The mechanics took an hour lunch from noon to 1pm. My truck was done in less than one and one half hours. I occasionally peaked through a window to observe the work being done. When I recieved the bill from the Service Manager which was for two and one half hours of labor, I questioned him as to why the bill was so high. The Service Manager stated "they worked through lunch." I told him i looked out the window during that time and "no one" was in the service area. Without saying much more he changed the bill.
