Rachel Woolley, MSN, FNP-C, is a board certified family nurse practitioner who is passionate about healthcare education. She believes all of her patients should understand their acute and chronic conditions, as well as treatments and medications. Rachel is also respectful patients' personal preferences and lifestyles, and collaborates with both the patient and specialists to provide the best possible care.
