I lived here years ago and moved away and recently had to move back due to my finances being ruined and I am so glad this place is here. I know management has changed since I was here last but the management was good last time I lived here and now it is even better. Also, unlike other apartments that owners let run down, these have been kept up all these years and they are in even better shape now then they were before. I used to have a through the wall heat pump like a motel room last time I lived here and now I have central heat and air and they put in High efficiency units at that. It is a bit of paperwork to get in here but well worth it. I love it. They even have a city bus stop now right on the property and it takes me right to the place I need to go for shopping. I hope to be able to get a car again but for now this is great could not ask for anything more. The office staff is very friendly and so is the maintenance staff.

Good place to start out or get back on your feet. Helped me after a bad divorce. My family and I were treated w/respect. Had neighbors who tried to commit fruad, but management caught on to it. Management and maintenance are awesome people and treat you like a person and try to help out as much as they can. Laundries on site and are kept clean. Play grounds have out dated equipment, but still in great shape. I would recomment it to anyone who qualifies to live there to go check them out.

It is a clean place to live. Well kept and good area. Close to elementary, intermediate and middle school. Has grocery store within walking distance along with a movie theater and some shopping stores. Doesn't look like low income, great place to live!

I had a great apartment that had recently been remodeled and the staff wanted to keep it nice so any time I had a problem they came right out and fixed it
