Railway Claim Services, also known as RCSI, is one of the leading providers of independent risk management and claims handling services for the railroad industry. It is a privately held company that provides claims management services to more than 400 railroad affiliated companies. The company also offers claims-related investigation and telephone support to over 100 firms. Railway Claim Services has a staff of nearly 75 claims managers throughout the United States and Canada. The company handles cases related to personal injuries, crossing accidents, derailments, product liability, hazardous material spills and evacuations. It additionally conducts risk management surveys and property inspections. Railway Claim Services is a member of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel.
