Braulio was attentive to my needs and concerns, did not put any pressure on me when I was considering different models/trim levels, promptly responded to my emails and when I was ready to buy gave me a great deal right away without going in lengthy negotiations. Everything was done by email and I spent less than an hour in the dealership finalizing my purchase and then driving off a new Honda. Great job, Braulio!

I give this dealership (Honda Cars of Columbia) a 5 in every area. I am so pleased with the salesman we had (Lonnie McGraw). He was very pleasant, polite, friendly, helpful and in my opinion he is the best car salesman I have ever worked with. I will definitely recommend anyone I know that is looking for a car to go to Honda Cars of Columbia and ask for Lonnie McGraw. I have a 2001 Honda Accord and a 2008 Honda Accord. I have had my 2001 Accord for eight years and I passed it down to my son so I have been bring that car to Honda Cars of Columbia for years and everyone is always so friendly from checking in to checking out. I have had a lot of cars in the past but I have never been so pleased with a dealership like Honda Cars of Columbia. IF I have a problem they work hard to fix it and everything is always 100% fixed when I leave the dealership. I was also amazed that when I had 98,000 miles on he 2001 Accord there was a recall on the transmission up to 100,000 miles and mine

Review: I went online to check on inventory and what I could get for my trade in. I received a return email from Mr. Rivera, as well as a voicemail message the same day. I called Mr. Rivera and made an appointment for a couple of days later. Mr. Rivera was very nice and knowledgeable about the vehicles and did not pressure me in any way to buy something that I did not want or need or could not afford. We test drove two cars, which was my choice, and I decided on one. The sales manager handled the finance paperwork for me and went over the extended warranty and gap coverage options. Once again, I did not feel pressured at all to purchase these things - it was totally my choice - but after getting all the information, and based on the amount of miles I drive, I thought it was the smart thing to do. My trade in was a 2000 Honda Accord EX that I bought from Honda Cars of Columbia in February 2000. It had 300,489 miles on it, and the only place I ever had it serviced was Honda Cars of Columbia. The service staff was always friendly, the cost was usually less than what I was quoted when I dropped the car off and the service was always completed in the timeframe that I requested. There was no doubt that when my 2000 Accord gave out, I would be buying another Accord. I can't say enough about this dealership. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. I never felt like I was getting the run around or being taken advantage of.

I went to Honda of Columbia to get a CRZ but it wasn't available in the color I wanted. I was told by the sales manager that he knew the location of 2 that with the spec I desired but he wanted 500.00 to get it for me. I asked for the locations to save a little money and was to that he would rather that I buy a Nissan than to give me the location of a competitor. The guy that identified himself as the sales manager was extremely rude. You would think that if Honda of Columbia didn't have it they would still like to see the sale of their brand VS Nissan or Toyota.

Service was fast and honest. I thought I had an oil leak because this is what WalMart told me but Honda advised that I did not have an oil leak. They changed my oil and had the car ready for me by 8:30 AM. T. Jackson

Preston Locklear was my service advisor and he did a great job. I dropped my car off around 7:30 a.m. and asked if it could be completed by 1:30 p.m. He said he'd try his best. He called me at 9:45 a.m. to tell me they had my car in the shop and then gave me a summary of what needed to be done. He then left me a message around 11:00 a.m. telling me that my car was ready. No one other than Honda Cars of Columbia has performed service on my car, and I have always been very pleased with the service advisors, the promptness of getting the service done and the cost. I have 298,000 miles on my car and I know the consistency and quality of the service has kept my Accord running like a charm for 11 years. Sharon O.
Upon entering the service bay at Honda of Columbia I was greeted by the the pleasent smile of Paula Birchmore. She welcomed me to Honda of Columbia and proceeded to fill out the service order and then asked what type of service I required. After listening to my problem (Body work)she informed me that her warrenty person was free and would look at it immediately. I inquired if I should wait or return later in the day, she checked and caught up to me in the parking lot and advised that the wait time would be very short. This made for a very satisfied customer. It was my pleasure to deal with an energenic and pleasant Service Advisor G Weber
