If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I took my car to A2Z auto repair in October for some issues and have been back and forth until this week. After paying them $4500 because they were fixing things that weren't the reason I came to begin with. We ended up having to still take our car to The Nissan dealership. Nissian told us that a part we paid for was either not replaced or it was a used part. After calling to ask them they were adamant that they never use used parts without notifying the customer. They called back to say they did put a used part in my car to test it And forgot to change the price. When I asked for an invoice for the part I was told it came off a junk car. So I was given a junk part, charged for a new part, that actually cost more than what Nissan charged for a new part. When asked about it the owner Kevin became defensive and arrogant. He only wanted to pay us for what we paid Nissian. He stated I would need the part anyway and that the car is working now. Which to me is besides the point. He stated he's been to court 3 times and hasn't lost one cause and that a judge would never hear our case of we took him to court. Of course this was to intimidate us. He was a complete asshole and not to be trusted. Beware!! Do not trust A2Z auto because they use parts that pay $10 for and charge as if it's a new part. They refunded a portion of the money but they admitted to misrepresenting they part they gave us and if it wasn't for Us taking it to Nissian we wouldn't know they were frauds and steal from loyal, honest paying customers. I wouldn't take my bike to get tuned up by them. And I would suggest you keep driving and warn everyone you know. Which is what I intend to do.UPDATE: When we took the part back that Nissian took off the car Kevin had the audacity to say "How do we know this part came off your car and you didn't jus get this from somewhere else?" Uhm..it's because we have recorded conversations of you and Rodney admitting to using a used part and chatting us for a new part. If you're the person who is wrong your approach shouldn't be arrogant it should be a little less abrasive. After this review was posted they called to tell me to take it down because they paid us money back for the parts. That doesn't dismiss the fact that what they did actually happened. The money we were paid was because we had to repay someone else for something A2Z were already paid for. That was not hush money. I'm making a claim on the BBB today and every other site that I can leave a review about. I'm sharing this on my page every week for the rest of the year.
