Me and my wife have dealt with Ms Lewis and her office since 2011 but the last 2 times I have called regarding billing questions and a claim the customer service Girl Christy was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Had no answer to any of my questions and was arrogant to me when I asked her to repeat herself and explain. Pretty sure she mocked me and hung up on me as well. We are taking all our insurance needs somewhere else. would give her 0 stars but required to give at least 1 that is for our past service which was always a 4-5 +
