Good Clean, appliances OK, MY neighbors were good. Mistake Did not give notice 60 days in advance I was moving out at end of lease Sept 6. Lease states I must pay 30 days after I give notice, or until end of lease regardless if I'm there or not. Charges increase about 50% above normal rates, after lease expiration. How much did it cost I moved out Aug 30, and charges to September 6 were expected and OK to me. After Sept 6 up to and including Sept 20, I will be charged 50% more than normal even though I am not there. Note:September 20 is 30 days from day I gave notice. What did The Greens do to find another renter When I left the apt needed bulb, and WD-40 sprayed into a vent fan motor(5 minute job). As of today their web site claims it will be available September 13 ( 2 wks after leaving) Is apt OK' Yes. Nice' Yes. Reminder 60 days in advance of lease expiration' No. 50% hike in rates when month to month' Yes. Rent as soon apt avail, no while 50% premium charged
