Tyson pays decently for a low education job and is probably the best place for a job in this area. The conditions for the average worker are poor however. The employee parking lot is very bumpy, unorganized, and can be dangerous. A concrete parking lot is long overdue. The break times are very short with a lot of competition on using things like microwaves. The bathrooms are not very pleasant either with crooked dirty stalls. The jobs are very repetitive and Tyson gives as few holiday days off as possible. Despite these conditions, Tyson is one of the best places to start working for decent income. Just don't expect to be working a fun job in a nice safe environment.
