First Presbyterian Church in Lexington, Nebraska offers one church service on Sunday mornings at 10 a.m. Sunday School classes for both adults and children every Sunday morning at 8: 45 a.m. LOGOS youth program: LOGOS is not an acronym. LOGOS literally means "The Word." ( in Greek ). LOGOS is a ministry where adults, youth, and children learn to model Christ to each other in everything we do - where everyone is a child of God and deserves to be treated that way. Music is an important part of our ministry. We offer a vocal choir and Bell Choirs for both adults and children. We have a variety of individual musical talents as well. A strong Deacon program does much of the calling and caring ministry to our members. Many members are involved in prayer chain for those in need. Pastors are encouraged to join and attend the community Ministerial Association that meets once a month.
