Horrible Landlords! Impossible to get in touch with when you have any issues. When you do get in touch with them they want you to fix whatever is wrong. My daughter rented a cabin in the mountains from them and they sold us on how wonderful everything would be! Would not recommend to anyone, horrible experience! Voice mailbox full for days when you need them to handle a problem. They will tell you that you get cable and the truth is cable is not even available in the area. Not good for a college student! One star only because you cannot submit review with no stars!

Our road has a huge pot-hole/crater spanning the entire lane. There is absolutely no way around it. If you have a lifted jeep, you will still hit the bottom of your car. Of course, it was horrible in the winter when snow and ice would freeze. Many attempts from many different tenants (to get the hole fixed) were ignored. Also, they say they will "Plow the road as many times as we need to to get everyone out safe" when you go to look at the cabins. NO THEY DID NOT. I wish I could post photos, because honestly you would not believe with the *rap we dealt with. Good luck renting!

Horrible landlord and bussiness man

Wish I could give 0 stars. Jeff Nichols and his wife run this busines. That's it. They can never help you with property problems and when you ask for help they just threaten to take you to court. These ppl should have never gotten into owning property because they can't talk to their tenets at all. Never had late payment, fixed everything wrong with house and they still hated us. Not sure what Jeff and Trisha are mad about, but they hate life and will hate u as a tenet. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PPL
