SOME of the people that work here are EXTREMELY rude and not compassionate at all. Lack of professionalism and respect for the general public basically describes these individuals. I feel sorry for the ones who work there who actually know how to treat people and deal with emergencies professionally. God forbid something ever happen to them or their family members and they have to deal with one of their own.
