Lexington Middle School is a part of the Lexington R-V School District, which offers learning opportunities for students through several elementary, primary and high schools. Lexington Middle School serves students in grades five through eight. The school s academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as physical education, language and communications arts, science, math and social studies. It offers special education classes for students with developmental disabilities. The school conducts the English as a Second Language program. In addition, it employs a staff of a counselor, nurse, language pathologist and teachers. The school conducts various extracurricular activities, such as vocal and instrumental music. It features a learning center, art room, and synergistic and technology labs. Lexington Middle School is located in Lexington, Mo.
