The wait is too long and the staff is undertrained. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Dr Coleman was awesome. Everyone else was just a warm body filling space. Don't go here. I won't be going back.

Always a long wait for the doctor. Just here for a follow-up this time. Appointment at 5:45. Left work early and picked up son from practice early only to wait here for an hour. They claim to be short-handed and down to one doctor. Why not call your clients and let them know you're running an hour behind so we can rearrange our schedules. Don't you think it would be better to stagger the arrivals than to have 20 angry customers waiting at the same time? Oh, and here's a thought. Stop moving walk-in customers that complain about the wait in front of the clients with appointments. No matter when they arrive, walk-ins should be told that appts are taken first.
