I'm waiting for my package for all day. The driver didn't even try to deliver then activity said "Customer was not available when UPS attempted delivery." I'm at home for all the time!

Waiting 4 days late. Fed Ex delivered two packages from the same city on time, Will ask for Fed ex after this !
My package was supposed to be delivered on Monday, 2/16/15. Due to weather conditions, delivery was delayed until Friday, 2/20/15 (which I understand and was okay with). The package was "out for delivery" on Friday, but I was then notified it wouldn't be delivered due to the weather causing delivery delays. Monday, 2/23/15, the package was again "out for delivery" only to be later updated to "severe weather conditions have delayed delivery." The roads were completely clear yesterday. ??? Same notification this morning now saying my package will be delivered Wednesday 2/25. This is getting ridiculous. You would think last week's packages would be top priority once the weather cleared. Customer service cannot give me any explanation other than to blame it on the weather. Very frustrating.
Package is late due to weather. I understand that but I called today and they can't tell me when my package will be received. Its sitting on a truck is all the girl could tell me. Its been sitting on a truck in Lexington, KY for a week now.

It's a shame that my package arrived at the UPS store on Wed. and here it is Monday, and still no package. Granted, I know they where closed on Thursday for New Year, but what about Friday or Saturday. Don't think they should be able to just sit on your packages like that. Should be some kind of law against it. No wonder FedEx is more popular. I just wish I would have had a choice in the shipping method.
I was supposed to receive my pkg on a Thurs. Delivery came during 20 min I had to leave. Note said would make 2nd attempt 2-5 pm. No 2nd attempt made. Same thing happened on Fri. I called and told I would pick up. They didn't call me back to confirm until 8:21 (they closed at 8:30 and were supposed to have called me at 5). Sat hours were incorrectly stated. I showed up an hour before I was told they closed and they had closed early. I tried to call hub and it took two different phone numbers and 3 people before they could verify they had my pkg for pick up.
I have dealt with all the carriers and UPS at Mercer Rd in Lex. KY is the worst customer service hub in the USA. The recently promised delivery time via UPS MY CHOICE customer email alert was between 10:30 and 2:30, after seven phone calls up tip 9pm at night, the very much assured out for Delivery, failed to show up. I am contacting FTC and filing a lawsuit over their negligent behavior and breach of contract habits.

Trying to pick my package up has been a nightmare. Do not know what the problem is that I cannot get ahold of the package. Not a satisfied customer.

There is no hope for them - worse than communism I had to live in. They delivering between 8,30 and 5 ( you never know ). They closing their office at 5.30 and they are closed Saturday and Sunday. If you are working you are out of luck but their lifestyle is marvelous

I have only one real complaint. I live alone and work during the day, which means if i am not somewhere towards the bottom of the delivery schedule, it miss my package. It seems like a hastle with everyone involved. The last time i had to do this they gave me a time to come pick it up and made it there when they told me because the person on the phone stressed closing time. I waited nearly an hour and a half but got my package, This time when i called all i could get was an automated system, and after calling the local number got a recording. If ups could come up with a callback, or a text I would have rated them five stars. The only bad thing about reviews in general is the customers without complaints aren't as apt to write a review.
