I had a reduction back in 2001 and the whole staff was wonderful! The doctor answered all of my questions and did not talk over my head and she was honest with my expectations. She made me feel Very comfortable in her office, Dr. B. said "No question to her was a stupid question,..this is your body and all of this information is important". It is a difficult decision and scary,..but was SOoo worth it. I could breath normal and did not hurt any more between my shoulder blades and felt better about the appearance. They were great with me through and after the whole procedure. Anyone looking into this procedure should do their research. However I would Highly recommend this office.

I saw Dr Bouzaglou for a consultation for breast reduction and we were herded around the office like cattle. In the 1 1/2 Hours i was there I felt like a number not a patient. She was rude and very egotistical, photos of herself everywhere! I will not go back for my surgery.
