This taco bell has to be the rudest I've been too. The day shift is very polite but the night shift including managers are lazy and have an attitude. I will be going in to talk with the store manager tomorrow and if nothing done after that I'm calling cooperate. Because of how poorly I was treated I won't be going back.

I am a truck driver and frequent taco bells all over the area and I live down the street from the one on tates Creek Center Lexington Ky, And eat there probablyy 2 times a week And with out question it is not only worst Taco Bell I have ever ate at and this has not always been true ,Just here lately (within the last 5 or 6 months. A change has got to be made in this restaurant. Last time I ate here, I had to tell the guy at the register to go back and watch them put on the extra meat on the tacos because the time before I ordered extra meat and did not receive it. tonight I ate there and ordered 8 tacos with extra meat and got it on 2 and not on the other 6 and all 8 tacos the shells was stale. I know that this email will be deleted and nothing will be done about the problems, but when you see your customer base fall to nothing you won't be able to say you were not told.I certainly won't be back you have way to many problems for me to waste anymore money on.

If you're looking for authentic Italian, this is the place to eat! Not only are the tacos delicious, they remind me of old world Sicily, and the Chalupas are straight out of my Grandpa Luigi's kitchen! At Taco Bell, that's amore!
