My two brief encounters with this company has convinced me to never do business with them. I found the staff short on knowledge, on the verge of being rude, and 2 times saying they would do something but not follow through. The only satisfaction I have is not buying my weapons where my business is not appreciated.

I recently purchased a DTI AR from Scott and Sling Point and will NEVER go anywhere else to purchase another weapon. Like one of the previous reviews stated, they did not just had me the weapon, ring me up, and say "thank you." Scott took the time walk out from behind the counter and show me the other rifles before I decided to go with the DTI. Sounds like a simple task but seems to be a rare type of customer service.Second important point would be that Sling Point does not stock low quality weapons! I asked him about a certain brand and he stated he quit carrying their product(s) because of the amount of recalls and complaints he got with that brand. So you can count on purchasing a quality weapon when you purchase from them. Although Sling Point is not as big as some of the other retailers in the Lexington Area, you will not find better customer service anywhere else or another business who actually seems to care about what they're selling you like Sling Point does.

I purchased my 1st AR-15 from Scott, He was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions about the different manufacturers (I bought a Double Star). He didn't just hand me a weapon and ring me up. This type of service has made me a repeat customer! Smith & Wesson M&P, Glock.... I know I can call them or email them and get any questions answered. Thanks Scott and team!

Though very Small store, got VULCAN 10 and 40cal XD in EXCELLENT Condition NEXT DAY SHOPPING. Good knowledgable guys/ Soldiers. Tell them whatever you want" They GET IT CHEAPER" and quick.

Very good quality and price! I am recommending them to all my friends in need of a good weapon.

Small Store but these Active Duty Soldiers were very knowledgeable with their Black Weapons and can order any firearms overnight.
