Best Dental Experience of my life... My entire adult life I have been TERRIFIED of going to the dentist, until I met Dr. Schroeder and his incredible staff. The first couple of appointments I used their sedation method, but now I am going without any help, in fact I kind of look forward to going to the dentist now. I would recommend him to anyone, in fact I already have recommended him to everyone I know...

Only go here for general cleaning. After they put a crown on one of my teeth, I had sensitivity and bite problems that did not resolve and ignored my comments. After going to another dentist and seeing the x-ray's of how the crown was not installed properly, I'm having to get another crown and root canal to fix it. Also, they would bill me for semi-annual cleanings even though my insurance covered it.

Their office is very clean and welcoming. Their entire staff that I interacted with was nothing but courteous and polite and let me know that their main focus was answering any questions I had and making my visit a pleasurable one. They certainly succeeded in doing so. They made my follow up appointment for my second cleaning 6 months out with the same hygenist before I even left the room! I have always been so timid to go to the dentist and I am actually looking forward to seeing Dr. Schroeder again!

Love all the staff- very friendly and courteous. Dr. Schroeder is very energetic and has a great bedside manner. I'd refer anyone to this group- the service and experiences are great. I actually don't mind going to the dentist... and that wasn't always the case.

Best Dentist Visit Ever!!!!! Last week I went to the dentist for my annual cleaning and asked him about whitening my teeth. He explained my different options and since my 25th high school reunion was coming up I decided to go the quick route. Today they did Sapphire in office whiting on my teeth and they look fantastic. I look 10 years younger and could not be happier. Thanks Dr. Schroeder!!!!!

I recently went to Dr. Schroeder after years of not going to a dentist. I was terrified as I had a horrible experience as a child with our family dentist. As soon as I met Dr. Schroeder I was put at ease, he was very compassionate and treated me as though I was a member of his family. He worked out a very affordable treatment plan and had several payment options for me to consider. I was able to get all the work done in a very timely manner and I can finally smile comfortably for the first time in years! My husband and children also now come to Dr. Schroeder and we all feel like part of the family as soon as we walk in the door.

I usually don't write reviews but was so pleased with the care and compassion shown to my mother by Dr. Schroeder and his staff that I felt compelled to share her story. My mom has worked hard all her life and given everything to her kids. She always came second and her teeth were a prime example. As she always made sure we had our teeth cleaned and cared for she didn't have the money for her own so by the time she saw Dr. Schroeder she was really terrified about the work that was going to have to be done. Dr. Schroeder could not have been nicer. He walked her through the whole process in a caring, informative and timely manner. She was able to get her smile back right in his office. My whole family goes to him now. Thanks Dr. Schroeder

I was incredibly disappointed with my treatment through this practice. I had a dead tooth in my mouth they were unable to detect. I went several times saying something was wrong, but they assured me nothing was and sent me out the door. I went through years of suffering and all they did is give me pain pills. Eventually a dentist who knew what they were doing had this tooth removed properly.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Schroeder. I went to him about a year ago to get a tooth extracted. I actually needed two teeth extracted, but as I have no dental insurance, I had to wait to save up enough money to get one tooth taken out. His receptionist asked me if I wanted to apply for the Care Credit program-I did, but was denied. After Dr. Schroeder took out my tooth, he asked me what I was going to do about the other tooth that needed to come out. I told him I guessed I'd have to save up the money and come back when I could. He admonished me about having no insurance. Well, I have four children and a husband, and we are a low income family- it takes every penny we have just to survive and afford the basics. What the hell am I supposed to do? This man has absolutely no compassion for his patients, and is a snob in my opinion. You'd think he'd be more willing to work out a payment plan with his patients. His logo should be 'We cater to the Rich' instead of 'cater to cowards'.
