Customer servie is terrible. Have send requests for service cancellations via cerified mail and wait an hope they cancel correctly, but if you want to upgrade your services, they'll happily do that for you on site immediately. Pick another gym.

My daughter, a minor, called me asking permission to join this club. I said no. They signed her up anyway and took her debit card and charged it. I called the same day and they said she would need to sign a cancellation. She went in the next day and did it. 20 days later they have not paid her back and actually took out a monthly fee today. BEWARE

Be careful allowing this facility access to your credit card. I have had numerous unauthorized charges added to my card. I have tried for three months to resolve the problem with no satisfaction. I had to restrict them on my credit card and am trying to retreive the hundreds they have taken.
