I needed to match an existing stone and, simply by description, they were able to find a spot-on match. I had several small, intricate pieces cut and they came out perfect. Thank you!!!

From the beginning, this whole process was a terrible experience.

Next, there is no communication from the person coordinating the efforts to get your counter tops installed. It took them one week to get an estimated quote, two weeks to have someone come out and template where the counter tops are going, and then it took 1.5 months to get them installed. I would call and email several times asking for an update and the typical response I got was "just a couple more days". A couple more days meant one week, so you couldn't believe any time frame they provided. There were times I would call and leave a voicemail twice in a day and wouldn't hear back for 2-3 days.



They messed up a piece and it took them two weeks to get that completed too! I had to call in and remind them that they still owed me the miscut piece!

Just look at the reviews. They have so many 5 star reviews that are just a few days apart, so it's kind of obvious that most of these are fake. STAY AWAY. HORRIBLE EXP

We recently purchased and had installed Granite countertops from Granite America. they went out of their way to get our granite shipped to Lexington so that we didn't have to drive to Louisville.The Template was Spot on, fit exactly they as they measured. Adam, the installer and his partner were awesome and very entertaining with a Flawless installation.. Great Price and excellent install! Highly recommend Granite America for your granite needs!

These guys were terrible. You get what you pay for. Most of the positive reviews are made up by the company- I know several contractors here in Lexington all have terrible things to say (I found this out after I used them). A simple counter took 3 months because they kept cutting things wrong. Terrible

Provided me with great countertops and they were atleast $1000 less than anyone else.
