WARNING: TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!The security deposit which should be used for damages that were caused by tenants is used for things such as "cleaning fee" and "administration fee". However, the house that you get when you move in is disgusting and has definitely not had $200 worth of cleaning done to it. We were over charged throughout the year and then got less than half of the deposit check back. This was my first time renting so didn't know any better, but after future renting experiences I have found that this is a disgusting excuse for a landlord.
