We did not have the same experience as the other reviewers. Even though the state they take a certain insurance company, when we got there they all but refused. After calling around and realizing they were going to be our ONLY option (for various reasons) we finally got them to agree to let us pay up front and then be reimbursed for whatever the insurance company paid. They seriously acted like they were doing us some huge favor. We rented a wheelchair for a month and a half and in that time they: mysteriously lost paperwork, overbilled the insurance and called two weeks after we hand delivered the wheelchair back to schedule a "pickup" time for the wheelchair. They seemed like dishonest and disorganized people. I would never use them again unless I had no other choice.
