Great place to live! Staff is friendly and truly care about the residents and the property!

Cleanliness and office management and management company are not very friendly, compassionate, or understanding (manager and assistant manager). The office staff does not know how to work with the elderly and do not care about the elderly feelings. It is like a jail and they are the wardens. Residents have made numerous complaints but nothing ever happens - it is like the residents are not being heard nor their feelings. This could be a nice place - if the building were kept clean and the office staff personable. The walls need painting, the carpet needs cleaning or replaced on some floors. They have rules for some but not others. Unfair, unequal treatment of residents.
