horrible!

The staff at Classic Realty treat their tenants and customers with disrespect and unprofessionalism. They stated that, " The only thing renting gets you is a roof over your head, we do not have to fix anything if we do not want to. In fact the things we do fix are out of the kindness of our hearts." They questioned my intelligence, my education, and my phone etiquette. They told me I had a lot to learn as a young adult. I couldn't believe my ears! I think what bothered me most was the tone in their voice and how they talked down to me like I was the dirt beneath their shoe! This is after several years of renting with them! I am appalled that a company with this type of work ethic could still be around!

After being faithful and reliable tenants for several years, we were told by the management of this company that our one maintenance need was a hassle for them because they have too many to worry about. The management spoke to us in a very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional manner. When we asked the question, "do you care about your tenants enough to talk to them in a polite, respectful tone?" Classic Real Estate responded by saying, "no we don't and I encourage all of my employees to talk to people however they want because I have to talk to people with an attitude all the time." To which I responded, "even when people do not come to you with an attitude?" Classic Real Estate answered with, "yes, it doesn't matter."
