Would not recommend doing business here! Their customer service is awful they are rude and disrespectful and if your late they will come get your car and be sure to check your car good upon getting it back bc i had multiple things missing from mine! Will never buy another car here! If you have to do business with this company go to the winchester location where they actually care about their customers!

WOW.....Nice People but you can't be late....they should really be a little flexible.....they are dealing with most of the time people with special situations.....it really wouldn't hurt....and they should put themselves in their customers shoes.....and offer weekly or bi-weekly payments....not just automatically assume you want it weekly.....

beware!!! if you are late on a payment as little as 5 days they can and will come and take your car! this happened to me with only a 6 day late payment! find someone else to buy from who has a little more flexibility when you have a situation come up...ended up costing me twice the payment just to get it back, and was stranded at 4 in the morning 15 miles from home cause they took it when i was at work. beware....
