We rented a Blue Grass Tours bus for wedding transportation and everything was gorgeous. When the bus pulled up it was certainly a sight, i could tell they put alot of effort into making sure that there buses were well maintained. I read the previous review and i am not sure if this was the same company because our driver was more than curteous and they stayed about an hour later.

This company was very easy to deal with on the days leading up to our wedding. Once we got to the wedding day it was a completely different story. The shuttle carrying out of town guests to our wedding site showed up late and somehow didn't know how to get from the hotel to the wedding. It only got worse from there as the driver was a complete jerk. The shuttle was supposed to make two trips to the hotel for guests following the reception, but our driver refused to make more than one trip. He also said he was not going to stay as late as the time we had previously agreed upon. I, the groom, had to leave the reception and talk to the driver and reason with him not to leave. He only stayed after we said we would pay him more. I am not one to complain or write comments but I do not want anyone to have to go through what I did.
