I replaced a 6 disc cd player and I understood that it could not be guaranteed so I accepted that "rule" Thirteen months later it is no longer working and they want to charge me $60 to remove the library owned cd from the defunct player. Sure I agreed to their rules but I am really miffed that they will now make more money off me to solve my problem. I will be certain to NEVER recommend this business to other customers.(And this was the second replacement player I had purchased from this company!)

Excellent service! They fixed what another "professional" shop screwed up. They provided a detail pricing to what I wanted done and spent time after fixing my problems tweaking my system and explaining my system to me. I even spent more money to add to my system because of the service provided to me. I also plan on having a navigation system installed there for my dads car. These guys are the best. I have a Jaguar and when everyone else was telling me that a aftermarket stereo can't be put into a Jaguar (best buy, circuit city, car stereo warehouse) these guys found a install kit for me and it matched perfect with the OEM dash and surround. I will only use them in the future. The stereo looks and sounds great and all of the people there were very nice and professional. not only did they install it in the expected time frame, when I picked up my car they took the time to show me all of the features of it.
