The grooming experience was a disaster. Groomer assured he was experienced on the consult. Decided to shave my dog to get tangles out prior to bathing. Prior groomers always soaked tangles then proceeded. The dog is a long haired "coded" german shepherd. Groomer ended up cutting my dog with the shear in a cople of places then just started shaving him all over. My husbanded ended the grooming session and paid them just to get rid of them. It was a disaster! My dog has always been goomed and has used various groomers. His usual one was out with cancer so we thought, give them a try. I was in tears and people have stopped us and asked what happened to him. It was a dreadful experience and definately the worst groom experience with a pet. Strongly urge you take a pass.

I am not so concerned about the 'smell' of my dog obviously..I like for a groomer not to hurt my dog and Aussie did and then denied doing it. I suggest you take your dog to ANY groomer other than Aussie.

great job on grooming my german shepherd! weeks later and she still smells great. I think she had more fun being groomed than she does playing fetch.

Just had my Shar-pei groomed by Aussie. She still smells great after 5 days and that is unusual for her breed. Van did a wonderful job on her nails also. The best is how great she looked in her red bandana after her grooming. I love how they come to your house and are so friendly, professional and helpful. Van did a wonderful job. Will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.
