I've been trusting this business for multiple vehicles for over 7 years. They are professional, nice, honest and knowledgeable. Great staff, great service.

They charged me $20 more per new tire because I had a warranty on the old tires I bought from them that didn't last 50% of the mileage promised. They also charged me $13 for Road Hazard per tire that I will never use. Don't go here for tires.

I started going their for oil changes due to it's convenience as I live right next door, it was easy to just drop off my truck and wait at home. Now I go there because the customer service is great, they remember who I am and I feel comfortable taking my truck there.

Brought my car in MAINLY for a timing belt change due at 105,000 miles. Had approx. 104,100 miles on engine. Goodyear changed the timing belt but not the timing belt tensioner. This vital part failed and caused damage to the engine. There is nothing more frightening that a loud, knocking engine with power loss late at night with my children, my family in the car!. I have never been treated with such disregard and disrespect by a company such as this one. My family and I will never do business with you again.

I've been taking my car to Marcus & David for over a year. My wife's car get's serviced there as well. I trust these guys and they take car of you!!! I even drive 30 minutes out of my way because they are so good. Customer service is there # 1 goal!!

i could not find them in Mesquite! it says proudly service mesquite! Last time i checked Lewisville is North and Mesquite is East.

Top-notch service. I was so pleased with these guys! Once they inspected my truck they took the time to show me the problems and very patiently answered all my questions. You just don't find that very often. They even gave me a price list explaining their estimates before they actually did my repairs. From now on I will use MacArthur Tire and Service for all of my auto maintenance needs, and I will never go to a dealership ever again. If you really want to be taken care of and treated right I highly recommend you use this place. You won't be disappointed.
