I wrote the above negative review. Robert Krause called me personally, he was unaware anything was going on and has promised to make things right. He is going to repair the vehicle at no charge, is providing me with one of his personal vehicles to drive while it is being repaired, and is also replacing the spark plugs. That is great service and I will definitely go back and use them again. He does still own the shop, he is just not there on a daily basis anymore. All is well.
