My grandson enrolled shortly after the loss of a parent. It has helped him work thru many issues he was having to deal with. Master Dennis and his staff have made a lifelong difference in this little boys life, they have offered the structure he needed and have been the friends and roll models he was looking for. I am eternally grateful.

My Son has been in the Taekwondo for about 5 months now and he has made several improvements at school and at home. He has very high energy and has a hard time focusing for long periods at a time. I decided that getting him into a martial arts would be a great way for him to learn self control, discipline and respect. I called several places before finding Kim's and they all told me pretty much the same thing! Simply that I would be spending a lot of money on a babysitter. To my surprise, when I stopped into Kim's and explained why I wanted to enroll my son into their class, I was encouraged to bring him in that day for a FREE trial run! I signed him up right then and we have been going ever since. I appreciate all the instructors and their hard work and dedication to teaching! Especially when when you are trying to get a strong willed 4 year old to follow instructions. They push him to do his best and always remain positive. We will not be leaving Kim's without a black belt! :)

My son and I have been attending the TKD classes for almost two years and have found the staff to be very professional and amazing at how they handle the young children as well as teaching the adult classes. They will give you the right amount of push so that you have the opportunity to do the best you can and build character as well as stamina. There are plenty of parent/child teams that are able to work together and learn together. My son has benefited tremendously as well as I have. Kim's USA is focused on discipline, technique and stamina which I feel is far more beneficial throughout life rather than other schools that focus on sparring and throwing all of their students into tournaments to promote their classes. I do have to be careful but for the most part I don't have to be concerned about getting injured in a sparring match and possibly miss work or do permanent damage. And I'm well over 50 years old.

This is an awesome Tae Kwon Do school with amazing instructors. They have many opportunities for students to compete in tournaments in several categories. The atmosphere is very positive and encouraging while at the same time instilling discipline. If your looking for a great Tae Kwon Do school in the Lewisville/Flower Mound area, this is it!!

I finally found a place that I can have both my children come at the same time. The instruction in taekwondo is great because it has changed my childs attitude. The gymnastics classes are geared to learn and enjoyment and not to pressure my child to become Nastia Luikin. I highly recommend it for familyes with multiple children.

The gymnastic class is not organized after 2 major coaches left the company. The facility is not in good shape and their focus is mainly in Tae Kwon Do. I will not recommand to any serious gymnastic student but for child play, it is a good place to go.
