Second time to use this company and never considered using any other company. The crew they sent us was awesome like the first group they sent me in April. These men were efficient, personable and professional. I thought the price was very fair for how fast they worked and how careful they were.

Adrian and Joe could not have been better. They were so hard-working, uncomplaining, and professional! They treated every item with care, nothing was damaged, despite the 3rd floor, 2 stop move! They are a great team, and, if we ever move again, I will be requesting them. No complaints about our guys!

I have never actually written a review before, but feel it is necessary to warn people about this company. Please do not use Firehouse Movers if you care about maintaining the quality of your furniture. Although the movers that were sent to my home were friendly and generally quick with the move, they did not handle my furniture properly as evidenced by three pieces of furniture that were significantly damaged during the move. I have moved a few times the past few years and have never experienced damage like this. And to make matters worse, the company does not seem to care about my claims. It has been 2 1/2 months and there is still no resolution. Cannot stress enough the very poor customer service.

Firehouse Movers provided outstanding service for my recent move. The guys were on time, friendly, professional, extremely careful when moving my furniture, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them and will call upon them again if I need moving services! Thank you Firehouse Movers!

Firehouse did a fantastic job. Firehouse sends out teams of three for average moves and these guys worked very quickly and carefully - they lifted my heaviest furniture and took it down a narrow staircase without a hitch. Their trailer is immaculate and they bring more moving blankets than you could ever need. The charges are straightforward, a flat transportation fee plus the hourly charge, no suprises at the end of the move. Very personable and courteous, and Joseph has quite a sense of humor - they actually made moving fun! I am very pleased with their service and will definitely use them again.
