RUN, don't walk away from this place. Rude people, uncaring. If you ever have an emergency, are sick, bank changes your atm card, don't expect any consideration. They are in it for the money only, will sell your stuff off at the first opportunity. You've been a long time customer - who cares, they don't. Even if you've been with them for years, had multiple spaces there, there will be NO customer service or consideration because rules are written so narrowly in their favor. They will PILE ON THE FEES and you'll owe hundreds more, or you lose your stuff.

To start with the manager who made the reservation named Myron told us they didn't have unit we requested after the reservation was confirmed online. We got to the office at cs and had to completely redo the reservation because of the incompetent manager Myron who lives on site couldn't take his thumb out of his @$$ and look to see if the unit was available. It was available btw the s o b was just to lazy to do his job. Here we are day two, we enter the code to go in the gate the gate opened and before we made it half way through the gate it started closing the motion sensor did not stop the gate. The gate hit the side of the truck busting off the driver side taillight and scratched the hell out of the rear fender. We went to approach the onsite manager and his lazy unprofessional @$$ wouldn't contact the senior district manager nor would he come look at the damage inflicted to our vehicle. He refused to give us the insurance information so we could file with the insurance company to repair the damage done. We called the police and they called Myron to obtain a copy of the insurance for cs and he wouldn't answer the phone. We made several attempts at trying to make the dip sh!+ do his job and come look at the damage he continued to refuse to do so and would walk away. I highly recommend if you are looking for self storage go anywhere but this place. Unprofessional, incompetent, rude, uneducated, and lazy.
