Provided by YP.comThese storage units are well maintained! They are clean and monitored for both climate and security. Sarah, the property manager and the staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have used the climate controlled Cube Smart storage units at this facility off and on for the last 5 years and was never once disappointed. I couldn't ask for a better place to safely store my belongings.

Provided by YP.comI picked Lewisville Self Storage because the property seems new and is very well maintained, and the on-site property managers are always helpful. They were running a special with $1 for the first month, which helped a lot!

Provided by YP.comThis is the worst storage facility i have ever used! the only reason i used them in the first place was because of the free moving service that they were supposed to tell you about upon move in, which was only brought up because i mentioned it. then i find out that the moving service is only to move your furniture into the storage facility. i called customer service and the first person i spoke to had an attitude so i called back, lodged my complaint then spoke with one of the general managers. when telling her my situation, she agreed that it sounded like there was a problem on their end that needed to be fixed since i was given the runaround and told incorrect information on several occasions. then said that i still had to pay money to use their truck on site after having to pay money to rent a uhaul in the first place to bring my furniture into the storage facility because someone at corporate told me that they do not have a truck on site which was obviously incorrect since it was sitting in the parking lot when i arrived. i don't want a bunch of apologies for your horrible customer service and lack of customer service oriented employees. just do whatever necessary to appease the customer and call it a day.
