Born in New Orleans and raised in Texas, Chef Aimee has always been passionate about great food. Her previous career of nearly twenty years as a registered nurse also made her passionate about taking care of people. As a classically-trained, professional chef and registered nurse, Aimee has been blessed with the tremendous gift of being able to combine her two life-long passions to do something she loves: taking care of people with great food.
