Lewistown water needs to relax about late payments. If you miss a payment by a few days you immediatly get a bill with two months worth of water on it but you get well over a $5 late fee if just one day late. Not only that but they also send you a shut off notice with a date for shut off with in a weeks time! An $80 dollar bill with penaltys is not that big a deal to me, I have misplaced the bill once and have gotten this disgusting treatment and am able to make an immediate payment because I am very fortunate to have the job I do, however this is a poor rural community and there is alot of people (with kids) that this would set them back a bit. Shame on you Lewistown H2O this is America a place where people should not lose their running water over 1 late bill.

The worst utility you will ever deal with. It would be easier to make a deal with the devil.
